We will now be open every Saturday morning between 08.00am – 11.00am offering a mixture of pre-bookable and same day appointments.

We are pleased to welcome on board Dr Manotheethan Jegasothy who joined the team in February.

We also have a registrar joining us in February.

We are constantly trying to improve access to our services. In response to patient feedback we have developed an appointment system (for both the doctor and the nurses) that offers a combination of book-on-the-day and pre-bookable appointments.

In addition, we are pleased to offer telephone consultations. Appointments are 10 minutes in duration, unless specifically requested otherwise. They can be booked at the surgery, by phone on 020 8397 6361 and from this website via the link above.

Commuter Clinics (for those who are unable to attend during the day) are available as follows:

    •         Monday from 18:00 - 19:00

    •         Thursday from 18:00 - 19:00

    •         Every Saturday from 08:30 - 11:00

On Saturdays we offer both pre-booked appointments as well as a limited number of same day slots which can be booked by calling the reception desk from 08.00am on Saturday mornings.

We aim to be able to offer you an appointment with the doctor of your choice within two weeks; patients are encouraged to consult one particular doctor for each episode of illness.

Our nurse practitioner has her own appointment times and may be the best person for you to see for acute illness, injuries, asthma etc.

Appointments are for ten minutes only. If you have a number of problems you are welcome to make a double appointment.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. If you are late you may be asked to book another time or wait until the end of surgery.
